Architectural BIM Documentation
We have delivered architectural BIM documentation for large-scale building projects, supporting project teams from Schematic Design (SD) through Design Development (DD), permitting, and Issued for Construction (IFC) deliverables. Typical project engagements have ranged from six to twelve months, with continuity maintained across all design and documentation phases.
Our work has involved developing coordinated architectural models and drawing sets that translate design intent into construction-ready information. Across projects, we have produced Level of Development (LOD) 300 to 400 models that served as the primary source of architectural documentation for design coordination, consultant integration, and construction use.
Deliverables were developed using structured Revit workflows to maintain drawing consistency, manage scope changes across phases, and support coordination with structural and MEP consultants.
Project Statistics:
Projects delivered: 15+ architectural projects

VDC / ASMEP Modeling & Coordination
We have delivered Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) services covering Architecture, Structure, and MEPF systems, supporting both pre-construction coordination and construction-phase workflows.
Our scope included CAD-to-Revit conversion, multidisciplinary BIM modeling, and clash coordination across architectural, structural, and building services systems. Coordination models were developed to support issue identification, resolution tracking, and design-team review prior to site execution.
These coordinated models were subsequently used for advanced construction applications, including robotic printing on site and construction progress tracking through Augmented Reality (AR). The models supported sequencing, installation verification, and on-site alignment between design intent and execution.

BIM Content & Systems
We have developed BIM content systems intended to support repeatable project delivery and reduce production effort across large residential programs.
This work included the development of Revit-based unit prototypes for multifamily residential projects. Over an extended engagement, we created detailed BIM models and standardized drawing sets for more than 40 unit types, covering a range of configurations and layouts. These prototypes were used as the basis for assembling larger building blocks and typical floor plans, allowing project teams to generate building designs efficiently while maintaining consistency.
In addition, we developed an extensive Revit-based details library comprising over 1,500 architectural and structural details. The library was structured for reuse across multiple projects, enabling teams to reference standardized details, reduce repetitive drafting effort, and improve coordination consistency across disciplines.
Together, these content systems supported faster project setup, improved documentation consistency, and reduced coordination issues across programs.
3D Visualization
We have delivered 3D visualization outputs to support design review, coordination, and stakeholder communication at various stages of projects. Visualization work was developed directly from coordinated BIM models to maintain alignment between visual output and technical information.
Deliverables included photorealistic rendered views produced using tools such as 3ds Max, developed for design presentations, approvals, and communication of materiality, lighting, and spatial intent.
We also prepared Revit models for real-time visualization using Enscape, enabling live walkthroughs, still images, and animations. This approach supported rapid design iteration and real-time review by project teams without requiring separate rendering pipelines.
Design Manuals & Playbooks
We developed a comprehensive design manual for a large client organization to document design standards, production guidelines, and delivery workflows in a single reference document.
The manual captured basis-of-design criteria alongside defined standards for lighting, finishes, fixtures, material specifications, and typical details. It also documented standard policies, forms, and internal workflows used across design, pre-construction, and procurement teams.
From a production standpoint, the manual defined BIM standards, modeling conventions, sheet setups, and coordination protocols. It was used across disciplines and project phases as a practical reference to support consistency and clarity in project delivery.
Concept Work
We have supported early-stage project efforts through concept-level work developed to evaluate feasibility, test design options, and establish overall project direction.
This work included preliminary site feasibility studies, massing and test-fit explorations, and SketchUp-based modeling to assess scale, density, and spatial relationships. Deliverables were used primarily for internal design coordination and early client discussions.
Retail
Within Studion, our retail work has been limited in scope, primarily involving concept support and selective drawing packages. However, the leadership team and several members of the studio bring extensive prior experience delivering retail and QSR projects from earlier professional roles.
This prior work included Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) sets delivered as part of multi-year, multi-location national and international rollouts for brands such as Levi’s, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, Murphy’s, Valvoline, Five Below, Texas Roadhouse, Raising Cane’s, and others. Deliverables focused on standardized documentation across repeatable store formats, with attention to brand standards, coordination requirements, and rollout consistency.
Project Leadership
Studion is led by a senior leadership and project management team responsible for project setup, standards alignment, coordination strategy, and quality control across all engagements.
The leadership team brings experience working on international projects across the United States, the Middle East, and Europe. This exposure informs how workflows are structured, how documentation standards are interpreted, and how coordination is managed across disciplines and time zones.
Delivery at Studion is supported by clearly defined workflows, layered quality control processes, and structured onboarding. Team members are trained to project- and client-specific standards, supported through mentoring and ongoing reviews, and integrated into established coordination and QA/QC frameworks to ensure consistency and reliability across deliverables.
